We are currently looking for Legal Secretaries to join our Teams/Division with the main focus of the role covering the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for providing extensive secretarial/administrative support to the Litigation and/or the Corporate Advisory Division.
- Involve in company’s ongoing projects. Translation of correspondences into mandarin when required.
- Perform Legal secretarial and general administrative duties including file opening procedures, checks and searches, updating various records & replying to correspondence / mails / faxes / billings and legal documentation, etc.
- Docketing of internal and official deadlines as well as calendarizing activities and events.
- Understand and keep any confidential information received private.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a paralegal or legal secretary.
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
- Meticulous, well-organised, able to multi-task, adhere to tight deadlines, and able to work long hours when required.
- Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs with good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately/soon.
(D) Secretary cum Personal Assistant
We are looking for a Secretary cum Personal Assistant to join one of our teams with the main focus of the role covering the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for providing extensive secretarial/administrative support to the Corporate Advisory Division.
- Involve in company’s ongoing projects. Preparation, tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe.
- Perform secretarial and general administrative, Docketing of internal and official deadlines as well as calendarizing activities and events.
- Understand and keep any confidential information received private.
- General Office Management Duties and Ad-hoc Duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum an ‘O’ level or Diploma in Business Admin or LCCI Private Secretary Certificate.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of secretarial working experiences.
- Strong organizational, communication & interpersonal skills with good work attitude and a team player.
- Meticulous, well-organised, able to multi-task, adhere to tight deadlines, and able to work long hours when required.
- IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, with good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately/soon.
(E) Research & Business Development Executive
We are looking for an energetic individual to assist in market research, executing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects and identifying new business opportunities. You will report to the Vice President, Corporate Advisory Division.
The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to enhance the firm’s reputation, and look for new and creative ways to assist in all projects. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research, cultivating strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Requirements:
- Min ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related field
- 1 – 2 years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization, friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
