Arvind is a tax advisor with tax technical expertise in Singapore and broader experience across the Asia Pacific region. His key areas of focuses are financial services, asset management and commodity trading.

Arvind has worked with various stakeholders, including the IRAS, statutory boards, financial institutions, multinational enterprises and start-ups on a wide range of cross-border transactions.

He is also well versed in Singapore income tax law & practice, and has been involved in advising on matters including cross-border tax issues, operational model structuring, tax optimization and assisting clients with audit defence and negotiations with tax authorities, as well as unilateral and bilateral advanced pricing arrangements (APAs).
