Liang Zhi is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and is an Associate with the Firm.  He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Laws Second Class Honours (Upper) in 2016.  Prior to joining the firm, Liang Zhi was working in a leading specialized disputes resolution firm and trained under a renowned Senior Counsel.  His areas of practice include contentious and non-contentious work.  Liang Zhi regularly appears as counsel in the High Court of Singapore and the Family Courts, and his areas of practice spans a wide range of areas, including matrimonial and family law, general civil litigation, and criminal law.  Liang Zhi has a firm dedication and conviction to help individuals, and has a keen interest in family law since his university days.  His awards winning research paper in UK on “Child Labour: Abolish or Regulate” is testament to his commitment to social issues and children’s welfare.  He believes strongly in prioritising the welfare of children in divorce proceedings as it is often children that are the biggest victims in a divorce.
