Shao Xun is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Private Wealth practice. Prior to joining as an Associate, he interned, served his practice training contract, and was part-called with the firm. He has a particular interest in advising on corporate deals and balancing legal positions against commercial interests. Shao Xun also frequently contributes articles to publications such as Millionaireasia, discussing legal issues in a manner accessible to the layperson.

Shao Xun graduated from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. During his time at NUS, he represented the university in numerous mediation and negotiation competitions. He was part of the champion team of the inaugural BlackOak Transactional Competition and also clinched the Best Oralist award. Today, he continues to actively coach NUS teams participating in such competitions.
